About Legs Eleven: this Print is from is a playful conversational print, created in detailed fine-liner by the in-house Liberty Fabrics team to capture the “lovely saffron coloured coral insects” that Arthur Liberty saw during his travels on the Orient Express.

About the Collection: ‘Legs Eleven’ is from the Autumn/Winter 2019’s Aesthetic Renaissance collection, Liberty Fabrics’ in-house design team drew inspiration from the adventurous life and artistic inspirations of our founder, Sir Arthur Lasenby Liberty. Traveller, tastemaker and gentleman, Arthur’s passion for globetrotting and treasure-hunting with his wife Emma forms the basis of Liberty’s enduring appeal. Inspirations swing from expeditions in faraway lands to the peace and quiet of English country gardens, via the opulently stylised forms of the Aesthetic Movement and Art Nouveau styles.

About Tana Lawn: Liberty’s fabric collection was launched in the 1920s, named after the area in Africa where it was manufactured. Many of the stunning vintage prints (& lots of lovely new ones) are thankfully still available for us today. The iconic mini floral's lend them self beautifully to these pimped up hoops.
